By accessing or using Launches Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Launches Tracker is a web-based application designed to help users track and manage their product launches across 150+ directories. The Service provides features such as launch organization, status tracking, metrics collection, and analytics to support product launch management and success tracking.

2. Service Access & Data Storage

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Launches Tracker.
• No account registration is required to use Launches Tracker. All data is stored locally in your browser.
• You are responsible for backing up your data as local storage may be cleared by browser settings or device changes.
• Future Pro features may require account registration for data synchronization across devices.

3. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

• Launches Tracker is fully free to use. A lifetime Pro version will be available soon for additional features, these terms will be updated when that happens.
• The Pro version will be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. By purchasing Pro features, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• No recurring charges or subscription fees. Once purchased, Pro features are yours to keep permanently.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. Please contact us for assistance.

4. User Content & Data

• You retain ownership of the content and data you create or upload (e.g., launch information, metrics, preferences).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.
• All data is stored locally in your browser. You can export your data at any time in JSON format using the Export function at the bottom of the app page. You may delete your data at any time. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Data & Privacy

• We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Launches Tracker uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, feedback collection (Feedbask widget), and to improve the Service. Analytics tracking (Google Search Console and DataFast) is only enabled with your consent via our cookie banner.
• We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and software related elements are the intellectual property of Launches Tracker.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without our express permission.

7. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use Launches Tracker for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, access accounts or data of others, or reverse engineer the software.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launches Tracker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
